Stuffed Green Peppers
- 6 large green peppers
- 2 Tbsp margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 can tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp dried basil leaves
- 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1-1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1-1/2 cups cooked rice
- In a glass pan, put 4 to 6 pork chops or chicken breasts. Salt and pepper to taste. Add a little garlic, dried onion chips, a little Mrs. Dash. Turn over meat and be sure all is seasoned. Pour in one can cream of mushroom soup and a little water to mix. Cook in oven at 350 or 375 until done or brown if you like.
