Lime Potato Salad

  1. Place potatoes on aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Coat with cooking spray, sprinkle with salt. bake at 450F until tender. Let cool 15 min. Stir together yogurt and next 8 ingredients. Reserve 1/2 dressing. Combine potato and onion in a large bowl; add the reserved dressing. Cover and chill 2 hours. Toss with reserved dressing just before serving.
