Amy'S Chopped Salad

  1. Chop all fresh vegtables, hearts of palm, beets, and olives into similar small bite sized pieces.
  2. Add in garbonzo beans, pine nuts and fresh chopped herbs.
  3. Salt and pepper and dressing to taste.
  4. Toss and serve.
