Calypso Kielbasa

  1. Heat olive oil and add red pepper flakes in a large skillet
  2. Brown kielbasa on both sides in olive oil, and pepper flakes
  3. Add peppers and onion to skillet. Cook about until peppers start to soften
  4. Add reserved pineapple juice and brown sugar to skillet. Cook another 20 minutes.
  5. Add black beans. Cook another 10 minutes.
  6. Add pineapple chunks. Cook down until you have desired sauce amount/thickness.
  7. After you add the pineapple chunks, boil egg noodles according to package directions. Drain
  8. Spoon kielbasa mixture over egg noodles.
  9. Enjoy!
