Eggs With Asparagus And Chicken

  1. In a pan over medium heat, melt the 2 tablespoons butter. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg and mustard; cook until bubbly.
  2. Gradually stir in milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth.
  3. Stir in cheese until it is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  4. Stir in asparagus pieces and chicken; remove from heat.
