Spaghetti Glamerama
- 1 (8 oz.) thin spaghetti
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato paste
- garlic salt
- oregano
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
- 1/3 c. grated onion
- Cook spaghetti with 1 teaspoon salt for 5 minutes.
- Saute chopped onion and pepper; brown meat.
- Stir in tomatoes, garlic salt, oregano and tomato paste.
- Cook until well blended.
- Soften cheeses; add sour cream and grated onion and stir until blended. In a 2-quart casserole dish, put one thin layer of spaghetti; layer 1/2 of sauce mix, all of cream mixture next, and (cheeses), spaghetti layer and sauce on top.
- Bake, covered, in a 350u0b0 oven for 45 minutes.
