Orange Chicken

  1. In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chicken and brown.
  2. Remove from skillet.
  3. Add red pepper, green onion and garlic.
  4. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until tender.
  5. Return chicken to skillet.
  6. Add orange juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
  7. Bring to a boil.
  8. Reduce heat.
  9. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes.
  10. Transfer chicken to serving platter. Keep warm.
  11. Add cornstarch mixture to skillet.
