Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Crisp Cookies

  1. Cream together margarine and sugars; add egg, vanilla and oil. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
  2. Add sifted ingredients to sugar mixture, blending well.
  3. Stir in Rice Krispies, oats and chocolate chips.
  4. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 375u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool.
  6. Store in tightly covered container.
  7. Makes about 6 dozen. Can be frozen.
