Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Crisp Cookies
- 1 c. margarine
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 c. quick cooking oats
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Cream together margarine and sugars; add egg, vanilla and oil. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
- Add sifted ingredients to sugar mixture, blending well.
- Stir in Rice Krispies, oats and chocolate chips.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool.
- Store in tightly covered container.
- Makes about 6 dozen. Can be frozen.
