California Pork Bbq Burgers With Coleslaw

  1. 1. For Burger Balm, mix all associated ingredients, set aside.
  2. 2. For cole slaw, toss cabbage, pepper and onions. Mix mayo, wine and remaining ingredients and add to cabbage. Reserve in refrigerator.
  3. 3. For burgers, mix pork, dry spices and 1/4 cup Burger Balm. Divide mixture into 4 portions.
  4. 4. Grill on direct, medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning once half way. During grilling time, put buns on the grill to toast maybe 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Place a burger on the bottom half of each roll, spoon on some cole slaw, a bit more Burger Balm and the roll tops.
