Chocolate Soufflé

  1. 1.tutter a 2 - 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Coat with sugar.
  2. 2.tombine chocolate and coffee in heatproof bowl and melt over double boiler until smooth.
  3. 3.tisk flour and milk together and boil slowly for 2 minutes, stirring.
  4. 4.tff the heat, add the butter, salt, vanilla, yolks and chocolate.
  5. 5.teat egg whites. Gradually add the sugar and beat until stiff shining peaks appear.
  6. 6.told the whites into the chocolate mixture.
  7. 7.tour into prepared baking dish and bake until puffed, 30 - 40 minutes.
