Bread Machine Garlic Thyme Brioche Buns
- 1 cup Luke Warm Water
- 4 tablespoons Whole Milk
- 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1 tablespoon Yeast
- 1 Egg
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Sugar
- 4 1/4 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Salt
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 Egg (for egg wash)
- Place all ingredients into the machine in the order according the the manufacturer and set on the "dough" cycle.
- Pre-heat oven to 400.
- When done, cut the dough into 8 pieces and shape into buns.
- Place on a greased baking sheet and cut a shallow "X" into the top with a sharp knife. Let them rise for 20 min.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Place a shallow baking dish with water on the bottom rack of the oven to be underneath the buns while they bake.
- Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes until tops have browned.
- Cool for 15-20 minutes and Enjoy!
