Bread Machine Garlic Thyme Brioche Buns

  1. Place all ingredients into the machine in the order according the the manufacturer and set on the "dough" cycle.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 400.
  3. When done, cut the dough into 8 pieces and shape into buns.
  4. Place on a greased baking sheet and cut a shallow "X" into the top with a sharp knife. Let them rise for 20 min.
  5. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  6. Place a shallow baking dish with water on the bottom rack of the oven to be underneath the buns while they bake.
  7. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes until tops have browned.
  8. Cool for 15-20 minutes and Enjoy!
