Low-Fat Shrimp Scampi

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions, but do not add salt.
  2. While pasta is cooking, in a large skillet, heat broth over medium heat.
  3. Add Garlic and Onion; cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in Shrimp, Parsley, Basil, Cilantro, Lemon Juice and Red Pepper Flakes.
  5. Cook, stirring frequently, until shrimp are just opaque, about 5 minutes.
  6. Drain pasta in a colander.
  7. Arrange pasta on serving plates.
  8. Spoon shrimp mixture over pasta.
  9. Serve immediately.
