Caramelitas

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl and blend until crumbly. Reserve half.
  4. Press remaining half of crumb mixture into prepared pan.
  5. Bake 10 minutes.
  6. Remove and sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans on top of crust.
  7. Stir flour into caramel topping and drizzle over chocolate chips and pecans.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture and bake 15 minutes.
  9. Cool 1 to 2 hours before cutting.
  10. Store in refrigerator in airtight container.
