Nutmeg Crusted Low-Fat Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350`
  2. Cream butter and sugar together then egg whites.
  3. Mix in mashed bananas, milk, sour cream, and vanilla.
  4. Stir in flour, soda, and salt until well blended.
  5. Pour into greased 5"x 9" loaf pan.
  6. Sprinkle nutmeg evenly over the top of the batter, followed by a thin layer of sugar.
  7. Bake 60-70 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
