Pork Chops W/ Apples

  1. Cook chops in skillet with olive oil. Cook on both sides until brown. Remove from skillet.
  2. Put apples, onions and garlic into skillet. Stir occasionally over med heat until brown. Remove from skillet.
  3. Add broth to skillet, stirring to loosen bits from bottom of skillet. Whisk cream, mustard into broth.
  4. Cook until bubbly.
  5. Add bourbon, chops and turn to coat chops. Add apples, onion, garlic and thyme mixture top of chops.
  6. Bake at 370 degrees for twenty minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving
