Slow Country Boil

  1. Fill pot half full of water.
  2. Add salt to Worcestershire sauce and margarine.
  3. Add sausage; boil 5 minutes.
  4. Add potatoes; boil 5 minutes.
  5. Add onions; boil 5 minutes.
  6. Lift strainer and check potatoes and onions for tenderness.
  7. Add corn; boil 5 minutes.
  8. Add shrimp boil and hot sauce; let come to boil.
  9. Remove vegetables after draining and place in a large container.
  10. Add medium size shrimp (1/2 pound per person); boil 3 minutes.
  11. Remove and serve. This is good for a family gathering.
