Pea Curry

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Add onions, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, mace, cardamom, turmeric, ketchup, cloves and rice flour, stirring as each ingredient is added. Do not allow onions to brown. Add buttermilk, peas, red pepper and nuts. Simmer until peas are tender. Serve with rice.
