Black Bean Soup

  1. brown sausage, set aside
  2. saute onion, garlic, cumin and oregano, add red pepper.
  3. add beans, broth, chipotle and simmer for 5 minutes
  4. combine sour cream, lime zest, 1 tsp lime juice and honey, set aside.
  5. Puree soup, add back to pot with sausage, stir in remaining lime juice. Serve with lime sour cream dollop.
