Penne With Vegetables

  1. In a small sauce pan, saute onions & garlic in olive oil until browned.
  2. In large sauce pan, melt butter.
  3. Add flour & stir.
  4. Slowly add Half & Half and milk, simmer, stirring constantly till thickened.
  5. Add cheese & seasonings.
  6. Stir until cheese melts and add tomatoes, spinach and onion mixture.
  7. Heat through.
  8. Pour over warmed pasta toss and serve.
