Dutch Oven Chicken
- Seasoned flour:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground sage
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 tablespoon basil
- Chicken
- Gravy Mixture:
- 1 large can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 packages of Schilling chicken gravy (mix as on package)
- 1 package of Schilling brown gravy (mix as on package)
- Mix seasoned flour ingredients together. Put it into a container and only take out what you need to coat the chicken. Use the rest another time.
- Brown the chicken in oil and put in Dutch oven or crockpot. Mix gravy mixture and pour over top and cook for at least 3 hours.
- When using the crockpot, cook the gravy mixture first and then add the rest of the ingredients before pouring over the chicken.
