Bibigo Bulgogi Steak
- 200 g Beef Fillet
- 2 sprig Spring Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 1 jar Bibigo Korean BBQ Sauce Original
- 15 g Green Chilli
- 10 g Red Chilli
- 8 g Sesame Seed
- 20 g Ginger
- 60 g Mirin
- TO MAKE THE STEAK SAUCE, Mix all the sauce ingredients (Bibigo BBQ Sauce, Green Chilli, Red Chilli, Sesame Seed, Ginger, Garlic, Mirin) in a blender and boil in a pot until the surface bubbles. Marinate the tenderloin with the sauce for 1 hour
- Cut the Spring Onion into long pieces. Slice the carrot into circles (1cm thick) and slightly par-boil. Saute the spring onion and carrot.
- Take the tenderloin out of the marinade and set it aside. Boil the remaining marinade and pour through a strainer to make the steak sauce
- On a pre-heated pan, grill the tenderloin on both sides according to taste.
- Put the grilled tenderloing on a plate and pour the steak sauce over the steak. Garnish with the spring onion and carrot.
