Bibigo Bulgogi Steak

  1. TO MAKE THE STEAK SAUCE, Mix all the sauce ingredients (Bibigo BBQ Sauce, Green Chilli, Red Chilli, Sesame Seed, Ginger, Garlic, Mirin) in a blender and boil in a pot until the surface bubbles. Marinate the tenderloin with the sauce for 1 hour
  2. Cut the Spring Onion into long pieces. Slice the carrot into circles (1cm thick) and slightly par-boil. Saute the spring onion and carrot.
  3. Take the tenderloin out of the marinade and set it aside. Boil the remaining marinade and pour through a strainer to make the steak sauce
  4. On a pre-heated pan, grill the tenderloin on both sides according to taste.
  5. Put the grilled tenderloing on a plate and pour the steak sauce over the steak. Garnish with the spring onion and carrot.
