Bbq Salmon Fillets With Honey Mustard Mayonniase

  1. ON GLASS PLATE, ARRANGE SALMON FILLETS. LIBERALLY SPOON ON THE JUNIPER BERRY DRY RUB. PRESS THE RUB ONTO THE SALMON FILLETS WITH THE BACK OF A SPOON. REPEAT ON THE OTHER SIDE.
  2. COVER AND REFIGERATE FOR 2 - 3 HOURS. SALMON DOES NOT NEED TO BE MARINATED FOR A LONG TIME.
  3. FOR HONEY MUSTARD MAYONNAISE... MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND REFRIGERATE UNTIL READY TO SERVE.
  4. PREHEAT BBQ.
  5. PLACE A PIECE OF TIN FOIL WHICH HAS BEEN OILED, OR SPRAYED WITH OIL, ON TOP OF THE BBQ GRILL. PLACE SALMON FILLETS ONTO THE TIN FOIL. CLOSE BBQ COVER AND BBQ 5 MINUTES AND THEN TURN AND BBQ AN ADDITIONAL 3-4 MINUTES, OR UNTIL READY.
  6. SERVE IMMEDIATELY WITH HONEY MUSTARD MAYONNAISE ON THE SIDE.
