Habquat Hot Sauce.
- 1 small yellow onion (minced)
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of shredded carrots
- juice of 1/2 grapefruit
- 6 kumquats (peeled)
- 6 habanero chili peppers (stems removed)
- 3 Fresno chili peppers (stems and seeds removed)
- 4 Serrano chili peppers (stems and seeds removed)
- 1 tablespoon of cilantro (minced)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Heat olive oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat.
- Add carrots, onions, and garlic.
- Saute until onions are translucent.
- Chop all chili's into small piece (Consider wearing gloves when handling habanero peppers or at least do not touch your eyes or pick your nose for 24 hours, 48 if hands not washed)
- Combine all ingredients in food processor.
- Process on high until smooth.
- If you need to cool your mouth down, use milk.
