Nadine'S Spaghetti Sauce

  1. In Dutch oven or large pot, saute onion in oil.
  2. Add ground beef and stir while it's browning.
  3. Add pepper, tomato sauce and tomato paste.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese and spaghetti.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Simmer for 1 hour.
  7. Check it occasionally. Add more water if it's too thick.
  8. Serve over cooked spaghetti; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
