Shell Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta, drain, then rinse very well in cold water.
  2. While pasta is cooking, combine next 8 ingredients, mix well & set aside. Prep last four ingredients.
  3. Once pasta is cooled, fold into dressing mixture, then add veggies and cheese. Chill for a few hours, or overnight. When ready to serve, if pasta is tight, allow to warm slightly, or add a little warm water to allow movement.
