Shell Pasta Salad
- 1 lb medium shell pasta
- 2/3 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp White or Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 cup shredded sheddar cheese
- Cook pasta, drain, then rinse very well in cold water.
- While pasta is cooking, combine next 8 ingredients, mix well & set aside. Prep last four ingredients.
- Once pasta is cooled, fold into dressing mixture, then add veggies and cheese. Chill for a few hours, or overnight. When ready to serve, if pasta is tight, allow to warm slightly, or add a little warm water to allow movement.
