Granola
- 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2/3 cup unsalted cashew halves
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/3 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1/ cup molasses
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tbsp. canola oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Line baking sheet with alumnum foil. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- To assemble:
- In large bowl, combine oats, cashews, wheate germ and sunflower seeds. In another bowl, combine molasses, honey, oil cinamon and nutmeg. Pour molasses mixture over oat mixture. Stir welll to combine. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
- To Bake:
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown, stirring after 15 minutes and frequently after that. Remove from oven. Cool completely and place in air tight container.
