Balsamic Pork Pizza

• One 12 inch store bought pizza crust
• 1/3 to 1/2 cup of store bought marinara or pizza sauce (Enough for one pizza)
• 1 to 1-1/2 tablespoons of the leftover pork marinade
• 4 to 6 slices of pork tenderloin (torn in pieces)
• 4 sliced fresh button mushrooms
• 3 or 4 sliced fresh very ripe 2 inch tomatoes
• 1/3 cup of diced sweet onion
• 1/3 cup of crumbled balsamic cheese
• Just enough shredded mozzarella to hold everything together

1. 1) Preheat oven according to pizza crust directions.
2. 2) Mix pork marinade and marinara/pizza sauce.
3. 3) Spread mix on crust
4. 4) Spread toppings on pizza saving mozzarella for last.
5. 5) bake in accordance with pizza crust instructions.
