Grilled Shrimp & Peppercorn Steak Rolls
- 2 Flank Steaks Cut into Strips
- 1/4 Pound of Extra Large Peeled & Deveined Shrimp (Keep Tails On!)
- 1/2 cup of Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup of Fresh Parsley
- 2 Tablespoons of Minced Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon of Cracked Peppercorn
- Dash of salt
- A few colorful toothpicks to hold it all in place!
- Create a marinating mixture with the Italian Dressing, Minced Garlic, Cracked Peppercorn, Parsley & Salt.
- Dip the Steak Strips into the mixture and gently roll. Use one or two of your colorful toothpicks to hold the circle together. Place 2-3 shrimps, tails downward, into the center of the steak roll to create a pretty flower pattern.
- Place the steak rolls flat onto your grill and cook until the desired temperature has been reached. Lining the grill with aluminum foil is recommended.
