Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb Italian sausage (hot-if preferred)
- 1 46 oz can V8
- 1 28 oz can diced tomato
- 1 15 oz can tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic (add more according to preference)
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp sweet marjoram
- 1 tsp sweet basil
- 1 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- Brown, then drain fat from:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- Then add to cooked ground beef and Italian sausage
- 1 46 oz can V8
- 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 15 oz can tomato paste
- Stir well, then add in rest of ingredients:
- 2 cloves garlic (add more according to preference)
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp sweet marjoram
- 1 tsp sweet basil
- 1 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- Mix well and allow sauce to simmer several hours.
