Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Brown, then drain fat from:
  2. 1 lb ground beef
  3. 1 lb Italian sausage
  4. Then add to cooked ground beef and Italian sausage
  5. 1 46 oz can V8
  6. 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
  7. 1 15 oz can tomato paste
  8. Stir well, then add in rest of ingredients:
  9. 2 cloves garlic (add more according to preference)
  10. 1 1/2 tsp oregano
  11. 1 tsp sweet marjoram
  12. 1 tsp sweet basil
  13. 1 1/2 tsp rosemary
  14. 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  15. 2 bay leaves
  16. Mix well and allow sauce to simmer several hours.
