Jeffrey Family Italian Spaghetti

  1. TOMATO SAUCE
  2. - Remove casing on each link and cut each link into 5 sections forming meatballs. Over medium heat, brown meatballs in large sauce pan then drain and set aside.
  3. - Over medium heat, Add butter, garlic, onions and mushrooms to large sauce pan and cook until onions become soft and start browning.
  4. - Add meatballs, tomato sauce, black olives, sugar, basil and italian seasoning to large saucepan.
  5. - Add 1/2 cup of water to thin if desired.
  6. - Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for at least 1 hour. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. SPAGHETTI
  8. - Cook spaghetti per directions then thouroughly drain.
  9. SERVE
  10. - Serve Sauce and Spaghetti in separate bowls with grated parmesan cheese on the side.
