Chipotle Bloody Maria
- 4 cups V-8 or other tomato-based vegetable juice
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp freshly grounded black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1/2 - 1 tbsp celery salt
- 1/2 - 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 canned chipotle chilies in adobo
- 2 cups silver tequila
- 8 ribs celery for gariish
- 8 lime wedges for garnish
- Combine all ingredients except tequila and garnishes in an electric blender. quickly blend to mix. Adjust seasonings to taste. Add mixture to 1/2 glass ice and 2 oz tequila. Garnish with Celery and lime wedges.
