Easy Stir Fry Vegetables

  1. peel and slice Zucchini, potato, onion, red pepper and tomato. Cut carrot into long small pieces. Cut broccoli into small pieces. Place All vegetables except tomato into a fry pan with the olive oil and fry down until the vegetables become slightly soft. Add the tomato and the worcheshire sauce and continue to fry down for a few more minutes. Add the seasoning and Soy sauce to taste. The vegetables ought to be cooked but still firm.
