Sage Stuffing

  1. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add celery and onion and cook until translucent. Add garlic and cook another minute. Add chicken broth to skillet and heat through.
  2. Meanwhile in large bowl add cubes, celery soup, eggs, sage, poultry seasoning. Add contents of skillet to bowl and mix thoroughly. Add garlic salt to taste and S&P as needed. Stuff the turkey and or place in a shallow casserole and bake for 30 mins. with lid on (can add some drippings from roasting turkey for extra flavor after baking about 25 mins. then bake about 10 mins. more).
