Pasta With Basil And Mozzerella
- 1 lb. bowtie pasta
- 3 plum tomatoes seeded and chopped
- 1/4 c. calamata olives pitted and chopped
- 2-3 cloves of garlic minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4c. of fresh mozzerella or goat cheese
- (minced red onion or chopped green onion if desired, though the raw garlic is powerful,so you may want to use less garlic if you do use onion)
- boil bowtie pasta, stir 2-3 minced garlic cloves, 1/4 c.olive oil, 1/2 c.pitted chopped calamata olives, 3 chopped plum tomatoes, 1/4 c. chopped basil leaves(fresh), 3/4 c. mozzerella(fresh)(or substitute goat cheese), salt and pepper. Add hot pasta to rest of ingredients toss let cheese get melty and serve
