Pasta With Basil And Mozzerella

  1. boil bowtie pasta, stir 2-3 minced garlic cloves, 1/4 c.olive oil, 1/2 c.pitted chopped calamata olives, 3 chopped plum tomatoes, 1/4 c. chopped basil leaves(fresh), 3/4 c. mozzerella(fresh)(or substitute goat cheese), salt and pepper. Add hot pasta to rest of ingredients toss let cheese get melty and serve
