Nutella Waffles

• 2 eggs
• 2 cups milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup nutella
• 4 Tbsp unsalted butter

1. Preheat waffle maker to medium-high heat. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla.
2. In another large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

4. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture until smooth.
5. In a small sauce pan, melt the butter and nutella over low heat and stir until smooth. Then, stir the nutella mixture into the batter. Pour the batter into the wells of your waffle iron and cook as directed for your particular waffle maker.
