Sweet And Sour Pork

  1. Brown meat slowly in oil.
  2. Add vegetables and cook on low-medium until heated.
  3. Combine broth, garlic, ginger, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch and pineapple juice.
  4. Stir broth mixture into meat and vegetables.
  5. Cook until sauce thickens. Remove from heat.
  6. Add pineapple; stir to warm.
  7. Serve with egg drop soup and fried rice.
