No Bake Fruitcake

  1. In large bowl thoroughly combine first 7 ingredients, then stir in next 4 ingredients.
  2. Add to graham cracker mixture and blend thoroughly.
  3. Pack firmly into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch aluminum foil pan.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 days.
  5. Let stand about 2 hours at room temperature before serving.
  6. Makes 1 (8 ounce) loaf.
