Key Lime Pie

  1. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick pan spray. Crush the graham crackers and spread on the bottom of the pie plate. Add the water to the gelatin and stir until the gelatin is dissolved. Add the yogurt and mix well. Fold in the whipped creme and pour into the pie plate, over the crushed graham crackers. Chill. Garnish with mint leaves and fresh raspberries. Serve.
