Seard Macadamia Tuna With Seaweed Salad

  1. For Tuna
  2. Marinate Tuna in soy sauce for 20 minutes then remove from marinade and towel dry. Combine macadamia and sesame seeds and roll tuna in mixture.
  3. Pan sear tuna 1 minute on each side. Serve medium rare. Slice 1/4 inch thick.
  4. For Seaweed Salad
  5. Toss prepared seaweed salad with all ingredients and set aside.
  6. Assemble
  7. Fry wontons until golden brown, top with a tablespoon of seaweed salad and then with sliced tuna. Serve with baby lettuce and wasabi mustard and soy sauce. Serves 2
