Coffee Orange Fudge Cake
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Swiss chocolate cake mix
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 1 (4 oz.) chocolate fudge instant pudding mix
- 1/4 c. Kahlua
- 2 Tbsp. finely shredded orange peel
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Grease and flour tube pan.
- In large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, sour cream, oil, water, eggs, pudding mix, liqueur, orange peel and cinnamon.
- Beat with electric mixer on low to blend.
- Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until tested pick comes out clean.
- Cool on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
