Red'S Chicken
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 4 pieces chicken breast halves
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups celery
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (sharp)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Mix flour, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and paprika in a bowl. Coat chicken with flower mixture.
- Melt 3 tablespoons butter and cook celery in butter for about 5 minutes. Place celery in oven safe baking dish and put chicken on top.
- In another bowl, combine soup, milk and greased cheese. Our over chicken.
- Bake 1 hour in 325 degree oven or until chicken is tender (165 deg internal temperature)
