Spicy Asian Tuna Salad
- Yellowfin Tuna Steaks 1 lb, or good quality jarred tuna at least 12 oz, drained well
- Sambal Olek, 2 Tbs
- Sesame oil, 1 Tb
- Kraft Olive Oil Mayonnaise, 4 Tbs
- Soy Sauce, 1/2 Tbs
- Kosher Salt, 1/2 Tbs
- Black Sesame Seeds, 1/2 Tbs
- Crushed Red Pepper, 1 tsp or to taste
- Honey, 1/2 Tbs
- Dried Cranberries, 1/4 Cup
- Green Onion, 2 stalks, chopped
- Carrots, 1/4 Cup, grated
- Ginger, 1 tsp, grated
- Cilantro, 2 Tbs
- Cook and flake tuna, set aside to cool, alternately, drain jarred tuna well.
- In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients and add tuna.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight to develop full flavor.
- Use within 4 days.
