Saucy Chicken Breasts

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add chicken and brown on both sides.
  2. Remove chicken.
  3. Add chopped onion, green pepper and mushrooms to skillet.
  4. Saute until tender.
  5. Return chicken to skillet.
  6. Combine soup mix, 1 1/4 cups water and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
  7. Pour over chicken.
  8. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
  9. Remove chicken.
  10. Combine cornstarch and 3 tablespoons water. Add to sauce.
  11. Return to boil for 1 minute. Serve sauce over chicken.
