Grilled Halibut Or Grouper Serandeado
- 4 6 ounce fresh or frozen halibut or grouper fillets
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 med. fresh Serrano chile, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 tsp salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 cup coarsely ground cilantro
- 1 lime cut into wedges
- Grilled green onions.
- In a blender combine lime juice, chile, Worcestershire sauce, spices and cover and blend till smooth. Pour mixture over the fish. Seal bag and refrigerate 30 min. turning once. DO NOT marinate more than 30 minutes or fish will cook. Drain and reserve marinate.
- Place fish on grill and grill 4-6 minutes per half inch fish. Turn once brushing with reserved marinade halfway through. Discard remaining marinade. Can also be done on a gas grill preheat to medium.
- Sprinkle with cilantro.
