Healthy Black Bean And Rice

  1. In a jar, shake up the lime juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil, black pepper, and salt
  2. In a large mixing/serving/storage bowl, gradually combine all the prepared ingredients. The dressing always seems like a lot, but the rice will absorb. It's better the second day, just give it a good stir when you take it out of the fridge
  3. Enjoy!
