Dazzling Shrimp Scampi

  1. Cook angelhair pasta drain, set aside
  2. melt butter in large saucepan
  3. add oil
  4. saute the garlic & tomatoe until tomatoe is cooked down (about 10-15 mins over med heat)
  5. once tomatoe is cooked down, add can of minced clams with juice.
  6. squeeze lemon into mixture, (avoid seeds) use pulp from lemons too! Great for flavor.
  7. cook an additional 5 minutes
  8. add dill
  9. add shrimp, cook about 4 minutes, until pink.
  10. Pour over pasta on indiviudual plate or add to one pot! Either way, YUMMMMY
  11. Try dipping the italian bread into the sauce. This is so delicious, Im getting hungry just thinking about it!
