Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Jalapenos

  1. For the Filling:
  2. 1. Brown the breakfast sausage.
  3. 2. Add in the package of cream cheese and the can of Diced Tomatoes.
  4. 3. Mix them together until the cream cheeses is melted and you have a cheesy sausage dip instead of three separate ingredients in the same bowl.
  5. For the poppers:
  6. 1. Cut the jalapenos in half and take the seeds out.
  7. 2. Add a spoonful of cream cheese dip to to each jalapeno half.
  8. 3. Wrap them in bacon and skewer them with a toothpick!
  9. 4. Put them on a wire rack over a baking dish to catch the dripping bacon grease, and put them under the broiler for about 6 minutes, then flipped them and put them in for 6 more minutes.
