Quick And Hot Tortilla Soup

  1. In large saucepan heat oil and saute onion, garlic, chipotle, chili powder and salt until onion softens, about 5 minutes. Add broth and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered about 10 minutes. Add corn and tomatoes simmering about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add cilantro and lime juice. Serve in heated bowls and sprinkle with broken tortilla chips.
