Harvest Pork Chops

  1. In large skillet, brown pork chops in butter.
  2. Remove and set aside.
  3. Cook apples and onions in skillet drippings until onion is tender.
  4. Stir in cider, water, brown sugar, bouillon, salt and pepper.
  5. Return pork to skillet and simmer, covered, for 30 to 35 minutes, until pork chops are tender.
  6. Combine cornstarch and apple cider; stir into hot liquid.
  7. Cook until mixture thickens. Serve with rice.
  8. Serves 6.
