Mixed Tomato Ketchup

  1. Sautee onions in olive oil till translucent, add all other ingredients except basil and simmer till tomato flesh has broken down.Add basil and simmer a few more minutes. Remove cloves and basil spriggs. Ladle into sterilized jars and process in water bath for ten minutes.
  2. I made two batches of this,my amounts varried as they were dependant on what my garden provided, both were yummy though the ingredient porportions were a little different.
  3. Wing it !

tomatos, yellow onions, olive oil, yellow onions, tomatos, cupred wine vinegar , brown sugar, molasses, garlic, marjorum, oregano, basil, cinemom, cloves, worchestershire, sauce, salt pepper
